Get Outside and Play!

How do you feel after a long walk outside? Energized and renewed.  We are not genetically engineered to spend hours in a chair, indoors.  Get outside and play!  You don't really need a gym to get "exercise".  Just go for a walk, get some vitamin D,  fresh air, and quality time with nature. A Day in The Life of Joe Black

    It is not an easy task to to follow Joe Black around on one of his typical days. Beginning at the gym at 5:30am, heading to work, shooting some hoops or hitting the road on his bike, then Maryville High School football pre-game meal and athlete taping.
