Get Outside and Play!

How do you feel after a long walk outside? Energized and renewed.  We are not genetically engineered to spend hours in a chair, indoors.  Get outside and play!  You don’t really need a gym to get “exercise”.  Just go for a walk, get some vitamin D,  fresh air, and quality time with nature.
