Whatever route you choose, know that our Local Team of integrative health professionals are energetic, nationally certified professionals offering encouragement, support and instruction. Your ‘transformative fitness holiday’ will be planned, with every detail covered, by your meticulous and professional local team and Penny Price McIntosh.

Who Should Participate

Our retreats combine the physical, the mindful, and the educational in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Anyone with a positive attitude & a curiosity about optimal health is welcome. We encourage you to go at your own pace and level of challenge, reaching for your edges while honoring your limits. To ensure that each individual receives a highly customized experience with adequate personal attention, we prefer to limit our number of guests to 1-7 participants.

Start your journey with a comprehensive Duke Integrative Health Coaching session prior to arrival. Spend your Smoky Mountain getaway immersed in customized activities tailored to your ability level, experience, and goals. Leave feeling leaner, energized, and prepared to implement your new skills back home.



A retreat in & of itself, enjoy your stay in accommodations at Dancing Bear Lodge  Located in the quaint mountain village of Townsend, Tennessee. Bordered by The Great Smoky Mountain National Park the picturesque views and natural beauty of the area will leave you feeling refreshed, invigorated, and ready to incorporate everything you learn into your real life.
